Most of the failures of the silent terminal machine can be prevented from occurring. The inspection and cleaning before operation is very important. If one part fails, it will affect the normal operation of other parts and make the failure more serious. Therefore, if an abnormality is found, it needs to be overhauled in time. This can reduce the impact of normal production or other unnecessary losses due to machine equipment failure. The following are some minor faults and corresponding countermeasures that may occur during the operation of the equipment for your reference. 1. Fault: the cut length of the electronic wire is inconsistent

Reason a: The thread feeder is too tight or too loose;

Countermeasure: Use the roller fine-tuning piece to adjust the gap between the two wheels so that the wire does not squash and slip too loose.

Reason b: The straightener is too tight or loose;

Countermeasure: Adjust the straightener from the principle that it can be used for straightening and can be sent out smoothly.

Reason c: the cutting edge is worn or the cutting edge;

Countermeasure: Replace with a new cutter.

2. Malfunction: The length of the peeling opening is different;

Reason a: The thread feeder is too tight or loose;

Countermeasure: Use the roller fine-tuning piece to adjust the gap between the two wheels so that the wire does not squash and slip too loose.

Reason b: The cutting and stripping knife cuts too shallow or too deep;

Countermeasure: Use the cutter depth adjustment piece to adjust the knife edge to the proper position, so that the copper wire is not damaged and the rubber can be smoothly peeled off.

Reason c: the cutting and stripping knife is worn or the cutting edge;

Countermeasures: Replace with new cutting blades.

3. Silent terminal machine failure: the machine cannot be started or stopped during operation;

Causes and countermeasures:

a. Check whether there is current input (220V) and 6KG air pressure;

b. Check whether the set total quantity has arrived, if it has arrived, reset it and restart after power off;

c. Check that there is a wireless material or a certain moving part is stuck;

d. Check whether there is signal connection or power connection to the terminal machine, so that the terminal machine is not crimped.

4. Malfunction: Uneven copper wire exposed on the crimping terminal; 

Causes and countermeasures:

a. Check whether the gun-shaped swing arm catheter is attached to the wire;

b. Check whether the knife edge of the terminal machine is relatively straight with the swing arm conduit;

c. Check whether the auxiliary clamp of the terminal machine is loose;

d. Check whether the distance between the terminal machine and the automatic machine has changed.
